Home Loan health check

A representative will complete an in depth analysis of your current lending situation and assess whether your lender is providing you with their most competitive deal, negotiations can often be made if they are not. If your current lender won’t negotiate, we can help find you someone who will. This service will only be provided by an accredited mortgage consultant whom holds an individual finance broker’s license.

It doesn’t matter if you are a first home buyer, a first time investor or a well established investor growing your portfolio, information is power. Micro-seminars

Would you prefer to ask and learn about loans, lending and all related aspects in a stress free group situation? Micro-seminars are offered for small groups interested in a similar subject. These, like all our services, are currently provided at no cost to the client. These micro-seminars are provided as required and I encourage participants to invite family/friends/relatives/co-workers and we will combine similar groups whenever possible. The attendance of real estate and settlement agents can be arranged if requested and when attendance permits.

Theoretical scenarios

If you have not yet decided on your intention to buy/sell/refinance/other then please do not hesitate to get in touch for a theoretical scenario. Maybe you have bad credit and would like to know how this will affect your borrowing power. Maybe you have had a relationship breakdown and need to separate your finances. This is not added to your costs, this is a way for the lenders to share some of their profits as a reward for bringing them new business or retaining their existing clients. Fitted Home Loans offers full transparency of the loan/lender selection process and discloses all commission payments including how (in)favourably the commission from your chosen lender compares to others on our lending panel.
